Bread

Makes: 2 Loaves, 24 Rolls, 3 Pizza Crusts
2 hrs.
2 1/2 cups warm water
1 tbsp. yeast
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. egg powder or 1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
6-7 cups flour (white, wheat, or a mixture)

Mix the first 6 ingredients and then gradually add the flour. Knead until smooth. Cover and let rise until double. Shape into rolls, loaves, or pizza crusts. Let rise again and bake.

Rolls 15 minutes at 350.
Loaves 28 minutes at 350.
Pizza Crusts 5 minutes at 450.
