Italian Bread/ Pizza Crust

Makes: 2 loaves, 3 pizza crusts, 24 breadsticks, 24 rolls, 8 bread bowls
2 hrs.

2 1/2 cups warm water
1 1/2 tbsp. yeast
1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour
4-5 cups all purpose flour

Mix the first three ingredients and then gradually add flour. Knead. Cover and let rise until double. Shape, let rise and then bake.

Pizza Crust: 5 minutes at 450
Bread Sticks: 12-14 minutes at 400
Rolls: 12-14 minutes at 400
Loaves: 22-25 at 400
Bread Bowls: 20-22 minutes at 400
