Makes: 4 cups
Prep Time: 15 minutes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups cups milk
1. In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the flour and cocoa and whisk well.
3. Add the sugar and milk and stir until it comes to a boil.
4. Remove from heat and serve over ice cream, cake, etc.
