Homemade Hamburger and Fries

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 onion, minced or 2 tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper



Directions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients and form into 4 patties.  Grill as desired.
  2. Serve on toasted buns with ketchup, mustard, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions.

Serve with Fresh Fries.
