Perfectly tender chicken with amazing flavor.
- 3 pounds chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shed and serve.
- Serving options: Serve with rice pilaf and roasted vegetables or flat bread with tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.
