Lemon Herb Chicken

15 minutes prep/ 4 hours total

Perfectly tender chicken with amazing flavor.

  • 3 pounds chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  1. Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.  
  2. Shed and serve.
  3. Serving options:  Serve with rice pilaf and roasted vegetables or flat bread with tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.
