2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon, optional
1 loaf of bread
Whisk all wet ingredients together. Dip the bread in the mixture, coating both sides. Then cook on a griddle or frying pan, flipping when brown.
Serve with maple syrup or fruit.
